What's the difference between reconditioned and used?A second-hand appliance is simply resold as is, with no real guarantee of its condition or history.

Are your appliances tested before shipment?Reliability is guaranteed by a complete industrial process: each device is tested on its main functions, checked on its options and aesthetically checked. A verification report, measurement records available on request, and a guarantee of up to 12 months accompany each delivery.
We only work with reliable suppliers. The equipment is checked and calibrated (on customer request) at Menova, our independent partner laboratory accredited by COFRAC (no. 2-6760) and compliant with the requirements of ISO 17025, which guarantees that the equipment delivered is functional, ready for use and complies with the expectations of laboratories and technical departments. At the customer's request, we can also offer certified calibration by our Menova, our independent partner laboratory, COFRAC accredited (№2-6760) and ISO 17025 compliant. This option provides an official calibration certificate, recognised in industrial and regulated environments.

Are your appliances ready to use as soon as you receive them?Yes, all our devices are delivered ready to use: they are systematically checked, accompanied by a verification report, and shipped with their essential accessories (leads, probes, power supply). So you can integrate them immediately into your test benches or procedures, without any further delay.

How does your equipment take-back service work? Is it free?Our trade-in service is simple and transparent:
- Send us a list of your equipment (references, condition, photos if possible).

- Appliances that can be recycled are taken back and you receive a credit note in return. You can use it to finance new purchases or rental services, or convert it into a CSR gesture in the form of tree planting with our partner Tree-Nation. We will carry out a diagnosis within 72 hours of receiving the appliance., in order to determine whether a rapid repair is possible (check, adjustment, standard replacement) or whether a more complex intervention is required. In this case, an estimated time will be sent to you as soon as the repair estimate has been validated.
If the appliance cannot be put back into service immediately, we will organise a replacement. or we can hire out a repair unit for the duration of the work, to avoid any interruption to your business.
